Meeting Schedule Meetings are held 5:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at 192 W. Third Street, Manteno. 23rd Annual Heritage Banquet On Sunday afternoon, April 17, 2011, the Manteno Historical Society will hold their 23rd Annual Heritage Banquet when we honor Manteno's Citizen of the Year. This year's event will be held at the Manteno Golf Club located at 7202 N 4000E Road, Manteno, Illinois. Social Hour will begin at 12:00 PM with dinner at 1:00 PM. The 2011 Manteno Citizen of the Year to be honored at the banquet will be announced after March 10th for his of her achievements, services and contributions to our community. Citizen of the Year The 1988 Heritage Banquet was the first held with the award of Manteno's Citizen of the Year continuing every year since. |
